How to Reach Gwalior
IF you want to visit its tourist place, you have to use Airport
Train, bus and own vehicle. Delhi to Gwalior distance is 364.9 km and with car, you can reach with in 6 hr and 21 minutes. With train, you can reach within 3hrs 18 minutes. From Agra, we can reach Gwalior within 2 hrs.
Not just Delhi, from other parts, you can connect. It has airport. Bus stand and railway station.
Where to Go in Gwalior
There are four famous places in Gwalior to visit.
1. Gwalior Fort
Gwalior Fort is one of top historical destination in Gwalior. This fort was built in 10th century. Its two places was made by Tomar Rajput full name is Man singh tomar. After coming Mughal, its controls came under them. This fort is on hill.
2. Jail (Relating to Guru Hargobind )
Guru Hargobind ji was the sixth Guru and Jahagir gave him jail in same Gwalior fort. He release with 51 kings from this jail. So, this was very historical and holy place to visit.
3. Gopachal Parvat - Jain Monuments
There is largest statue of Lord Parshvanath with stone. There is largest statue of Lord Parshvanath with stone. In the period of Mughal, some of them were destroyed.
4. Ponds

5. Museum
There is Gujari Mahal Archaeological Museum there where there you can see hindu and jain sculptures.
